Titled "A Rose for You", this image was used to advertise Frank L. Lahman General Merchandise in Henderson, MI. The full ad appears on the back of the fan, shown in the next slide. The woman appears in dozens of photos by Tonnesen, circa 1915-1920. Child model Virginia Waller wrote the name "Jean Blackwell" next to two of the images in which they appeared together as mother and daughter, but I have been unable to find her in public records. The distinctive dress is seen often in Tonnesen's photos. The bottom of the image is marked 1332 (c)F.A.S.
